Story: The Girl Guides of Australia are perceived as boring and archaic. They were in need of an event to help change those perceptions. After understanding their needs and frustrations, an event was created that showed what these talented girls could do by showing their skill in re-crafting unwanted clothing. We designed post cards, tickets, a website, poster and event bands that reflected nature, female power, and craft. We photographed a Girl Guide in her element, with a modern feel. Design elements were added to these photographs to add extra element of interest in the images. We created the concept, photographed and designed all elements to this campaign. It was for non-commercial use.
